Help Build the Recovery Behind the Mission
At FLF, helping clients recover after an accident goes beyond legal representation—it means ensuring every property damage claim is properly evaluated, negotiated, and resolved.
As our organization continues to grow, we rely on experienced claims professionals who understand insurance practices, property damage valuation, and strategic negotiations to maximize recoveries for our clients.
We are seeking an experienced Property Damage Claims Adjuster to investigate, evaluate, and negotiate property damage claims while serving as a trusted resource for attorneys, clients, and insurance carriers.
If you’re passionate about insurance claims, property damage investigations, and advocating for fair claim resolutions, we’d love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
Claim Evaluation & Investigation

- Review repair estimates, photographs, inspection reports, policy documentation, and supporting evidence.
- Identify inconsistencies, undervalued damages, coverage issues, or improper claim denials.
- Evaluate claims using industry standards, insurance guidelines, and policy interpretation.
Client & Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with clients to obtain required documentation and explain the claims process.
- Coordinate with insurance adjusters, carriers, repair facilities, contractors, and third-party vendors.
- Manage client expectations by providing timely updates and clear communication throughout the claim lifecycle.
- Ensure all required documentation is collected accurately and efficiently.
Damage Assessment & Documentation
- Prepare accurate property damage evaluations, repair estimates, and professional claim summaries.
- Present findings to attorneys, clients, and insurance representatives in a clear and organized manner.
- Maintain complete and compliant documentation of all claim activities, communications, and negotiations.
- Ensure accurate case documentation within claims and case management systems.
Negotiation & Claim Resolution
- Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters to secure fair compensation for clients.
- Advocate for clients by challenging undervalued estimates, disputed damages, and unfavorable coverage determinations.
- Track claim progress from intake through final resolution while ensuring timely follow-up.
- Escalate complex claims when appropriate and support litigation strategy when necessary.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with attorneys, case managers, and legal support teams to strengthen case strategy and outcomes.
- Provide subject matter expertise regarding property damage claims, insurance policies, and valuation methodologies.
- Support operational improvements that enhance claim handling efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Contribute to best practices for property damage investigations and negotiations.
