Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Azure-native services.
- Build and maintain Kubernetes platforms and deployment automation frameworks.
- Implement security infrastructure and manage security incidents to enhance system reliability.
- Lead the design and implementation of secure IT systems to support business operations and minimize downtime.
- Integrate security controls, secrets management, and compliance requirements into delivery pipelines.
- Support AI model, prompt, and agent lifecycle management processes.
- Support Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, AI Search, and Agentic AI application deployment pipelines.
- Manage client service accounts and drive engagement workstreams by supervising teams.
- Mentor team members to develop skills and encourage innovation.
- Collaborate with leadership to maintain quality and meet client expectations.




- Promote the use of cloud infrastructure and DevOps tools to improve service delivery.
- Address conflicts and engage in critical conversations with stakeholders.
- Uphold professional and technical standards, including security and compliance requirements.

Requirements

- At least a Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Platform Engineering experience.
- Oral and written proficiency in English.
