Integrated Management System (IMS) Coordinator

Job location: Cd. Júarez, Chihuahua

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement the Integrated Management System (IMS) in accordance with ISO standards (ISO *****, ISO *****, ISO *****, etc.).
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure effective integration of management systems across the organization.
- Regularly review and update IMS documentation, ensuring alignment with regulatory changes and organizational needs.
- Identify improvement opportunities and lead projects aimed at optimizing processes and practices.
- Ensure that all company activities comply with applicable local and international regulations.
- Coordinate and prepare internal and external audits, ensuring the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop and coordinate IMS training and awareness programs for all employees.
- Promote an organizational culture focused on safety, health, and environmental stewardship.
- Maintain and manage IMS documentation, ensuring its availability and accessibility for all employees.
- Control management system records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and currency.
- Conduct data analysis and generate reports on IMS performance.




- Present performance results and metrics to senior management, recommending actions for continuous improvement.
- Identify and assess risks associated with management systems and develop mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate the implementation of contingency and emergency response plans.
- Understand and apply the company's various policies.
- Report unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.

Job Requirements

- Experience in the maquiladora/manufacturing industry with Quality Management Systems (ISO ****), Environmental Management Systems (ISO *****), Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (ISO *****), and/or Energy Management Systems (ISO *****).
- Experience with national legislation related to environmental protection, occupational health and safety, and related regulations.
