- Proficient in MRP Management System (SAP essential - MRP transactions).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Power Point).
- Inventory Management, DOH, DIO, SUT, ATR.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in and out of the organization.
- Proficient in critical follow up and logistics.
- Knowledge in engineering changes affectation to raw material.

Your Role & Responsibilities

- Ensure the availability of raw material based on the production plan, inventory levels, transit time.
- Analize production schedule to ensure accurate demand is transmitted to suppliers.
- Creation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP system parameters relevant to ensure correct ordering.
- Review demand coverage with suppliers ensuring EDI is transmitted accurately.
- Develop worksheets to determine demand variation (Waterfall chart).
- Monitor supplier shipments arrive on time.
- Monitor raw material consumption based on production schedule.
Proficiently execute obsolescence reduction and saving projects.
