Capgemini México is seeking a LatAm Talent Attraction Lead to shape and drive the region’s Talent Attraction strategy across Latin America. This regional leadership role operates within the General TA Center of Competencies, and offers a hybrid work model in Ciudad de Mexico or Aguascalientes.
You will analyze talent markets, define KPIs, activate the People Value Proposition, design the candidate experience, and partner with TA, HR and MarCom to attract top talent regionally.
