Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and direction for the chemical packaging plant.
Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, safety, quality control, and logistics.
Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations related to chemical handling and packaging.
Lead and mentor a team of managers and supervisors to achieve production goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, R&D;, and procurement to meet customer requirements and market demands.
Manage budgeting, financial planning, and cost control measures to achieve profitability targets.
Implement and monitor KPIs to assess performance and drive operational excellence.
Foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and employee development.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is a plus.




Proven experience in a senior management role within chemical packaging or manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of chemical packaging processes, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication, negotiation, and decision‑making skills.
Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and financial management.
Ability to drive organizational change and implement best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office suite and ERP systems; familiarity with SAP or similar software is preferred.
