We are currently looking for an IT Project Manager!
We are seeking a professional with solid experience in IT project management to join a strategic program that is currently in an advanced stage of execution.
The adecuado candidate will have a strong foundation in project management, outstanding organizational, communication, and coordination skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively manage stakeholders at different levels across the organization.
Experience with IT infrastructure-related initiatives will be considered a valuable asset; however, it is not a mandatory requirement. Our primary focus is on identifying a Project Manager with proven experience leading complex projects and the ability to quickly integrate into the program and make an immediate impact.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
+5 years as an IT Project Manager or Project Manager leading IT projects.
Strong knowledge of traditional project management methodologies (Waterfall or hybrid approaches).
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and projects involving multiple business and technical areas.
Experience managing stakeholders at different organizational levels,



including managers and executive leadership.
Experience preparing project status reports, maintaining project documentation, documenting meeting minutes, and tracking action items and project deliverables.
Ability to coordinate activities, manage risks, monitor commitments, and ensure successful project execution.
Ability to quickly understand business context and facilitate communication across different functional teams.
Professional English (required).
Nice to Have:
Experience or familiarity with IT infrastructure-related initiatives (networking, servers, cloud, data centers, migrations, among others).
Experience participating in strategic programs or large-scale, complex projects.
Experience working in corporate environments with cross-functional teams.
