What you’ll do Process, validate, and record supplier invoices in compliance with Mexican electronic invoicing regulations and SAT guidelines.
Ensure that all incoming invoices meet SAT requirements prior to processing to maintain compliance.
Conduct 3-way matching of purchase orders, receipts, and supplier invoices to ensure accuracy.
Oversee accounts payable aging and guarantee that payments are made within the established terms.
Reconcile vendor statements and address discrepancies promptly to maintain good vendor relationships.
Prepare and execute weekly and monthly payment runs, including transfers, checks, and electronic payments.
Maintain organized and current records of all accounts payable transactions and supporting documentation for audit purposes.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable to ensure accurate financial reporting.




Collaborate with the Purchasing and Finance teams to resolve any invoice and payment issues that may arise.
Provide ad hoc support to the US Accounts Payable team, including processing invoices, communicating with vendors, and other related tasks as needed.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall operations of the accounting department.
Requirements A Bachelor's degree in public accounting is required for this position.
No prior experience is necessary; the selected candidate will receive comprehensive on-the-job training from the internal team.
A willingness to learn about Mexican electronic invoicing and SAT regulations is essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required for daily tasks.
Experience with SAP is a plus, though not mandatory.
Advanced proficiency in English is necessary, with the ability to communicate fluently in both written and verbal forms in a professional setting.
Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy are critical for success in this role.
Good organizational and time management skills are essential to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment is important.
A proactive, self-motivated attitude and a willingness to learn are highly valued.




Strong communication and interpersonal skills will facilitate effective collaboration with colleagues and vendors.
Nice to have Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems can be beneficial.

Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is desirable.
Strong analytical skills for reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
