Senior Functional Analyst, Calypso – Back Office
Reporting to the Director of Client Support Services, this role focuses on supporting and advancing our post‑trade and back‑office capabilities for derivatives. We are looking for an analytical, collaborative, and proactive individual who enjoys tackling complex functional issues and working across teams, partners, and time zones to create seamless customer experiences.

What You’ll Do

- Provide expert support to clients on Calypso Back Office product issues through the ticketing system, ensuring clear and concise communication.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues by offering functional guidance or partnering with internal technical teams to address product defects.
- Collaborate with external and internal partners to resolve issues related to Exchange‑Traded Derivatives and regulatory reporting.
- Maintain subject‑matter expertise across one or more asset classes and stay current with market and industry trends.
- Mentor new team members and contribute to special projects that enhance our product and client experience.

What You’ll Bring

- Strong understanding of Exchange‑Traded Derivatives, regulatory reporting (CFTC or Exchange), and Initial/Variation Margin calculation for futures and options.
- Experience analyzing and resolving functional issues within Calypso or similar post‑trade/back‑office systems.




- Ability to collaborate across teams, influence decisions, and communicate complex information in a client‑friendly manner.
- A problem‑solving mindset with the ability to assess issues, provide solutions, and work closely with technical teams when needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience.

Nice to Have

- Knowledge of trade capture, valuation, trade workflows, settlements, or collateral management.
- Experience working in capital markets, fintech, or regulated environments.
- Familiarity with global teams and cross‑time‑zone collaboration.
