Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Work, Administration, Marketing or related.
- 2 years experience in human resources, operation of civil organizations with social causes, knowledge of Code of Conduct of the Electronics Industry and Mexican LFT and Regulations.

Knowledge

- Project management, Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- English 50%, use of Google Docs, basic statistics.

Responsibilities / Activities

- Manage and follow up ESR and DEI initiatives.
- Support audits related to Social Responsibility.
- Administration of the Sanmina Integration Center.
- Attend and follow up requests for support from Civil Society Organizations (CSOs).
- Social Responsibility site administration.
- Disseminate and communicate organizational achievements and advances in Social Responsibility.
- Vending machine administration.
- Organize philanthropic events.
