plant manager

we are seeking an experienced plant manager to lead the operations of a high-volume automotive manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, ensuring world-class safety and quality standards, and supporting the continued growth of the operation.

responsibilities

- lead all manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost and people objectives.
- develop and execute the plant's operational strategy.
- drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- lead, coach and develop a high-performing leadership team.
- ensure compliance with quality systems, environmental, health and safety standards.
- manage plant financial performance, productivity and operational kpis.
- build a culture of accountability, engagement and operational excellence.
- lead organizational growth while maintaining operational stability.





mandatory qualifications

- bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of leadership experience in automotive manufacturing.
- previous experience as a plant manager or senior operations manager.
- experience leading manufacturing operations with 300+ employees.
- strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, tpm and operational excellence.
- experience managing unionized operations.
- advanced english.
- availability to work on-site.
