we're looking for a healthcare operations lead to manage day-to-day operations, lead a team, and build strong partnerships with hcps (physicians, nurses, allied health). This is a full-time, on-site role in [méxico city].
what you'll do:
- lead and develop a team (people management, performance, coaching, scheduling).
- drive operational excellence (process improvement, kpis/slas, quality, experience).
- partner closely with hcps on onboarding, training, feedback, and issue resolution.
- collaborate cross-functionally (medical, compliance, sales, it, finance).
- ensure regulatory and data privacy compliance.
- own reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
what we're looking for:
- proven experience in healthcare operations with team leadership responsibilities.
- strong track record working directly with hcps.
- bachelor's degree required.
- excellent english; additional languages are a strong plus.
- stakeholder management, problem-solving, and change management skills.
- ability to work on-site.
