- proven experience in at least one end-to-end/full lifecycle data migration implementation.
- strong expertise in etl development, data integration, data migration, and data quality processes.
- experience with sap and non-sap source/target systems.
- ability to design, develop, test, and deploy bods jobs and workflows.
- strong sql and database skills
- experience with data mapping, transformation, reconciliation, and validation activities.
- excellent troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support skills.
- strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- must be available to work in a nearshore delivery model and collaborate with client teams.
