key responsibilities

- support the development and implementation of maintenance and repair plans to ensure stable and efficient operation of facility and utility systems.
- supervise daily operation and maintenance activities for systems such as hvac, fire pump station, ro plant, ups, and air compressor.
- monitor system performance, analyze data, and provide improvement suggestions to enhance reliability and efficiency.
- make sure all facility operations comply with safety standards, local regulations, and industry best practices.
- support energy-saving and cost-optimization initiatives through equipment upgrades or process improvements.
- collaborate with engineering, production, and ehs teams to solve facility-related issues and maintain smooth factory operations.
- participate in projects related to facility expansion, system upgrades, and the installation of new equipment.

requirements





- high school or bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- 3~8 years of hands-on experience in facility or utility management, preferably in the electrical or electronics manufacturing industry.
- solid understanding of building and facility systems (e.g., hvac, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection).
- familiar with safety regulations, compliance requirements, and standard maintenance procedures.
- good leadership and team supervision skills with experience leading small technical teams.
- strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- experience with computerized maintenance management systems (cmms) or other relevant software is preferred.
