we are seeking an experienced commercial manager to lead the commercial strategy of our mexico operation within a global logistics organization with a strong international presence.

key responsibilities
· lead the commercial strategy for the mexican market.
· develop new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with strategic accounts.
· identify growth opportunities and expand the customer portfolio.
· build and maintain strong relationships with customers, shipping lines, terminals, warehouses and strategic partners.
· collaborate with operations, pricing and customer service to deliver end-to-end logistics solutions.
· monitor market trends, profitability, pricing and commercial kpis to support business decisions.
· lead, coach and develop the commercial team.
· represent the company in customer meetings, negotiations and industry events.
qualifications
· bachelor's degree in business, international trade,
logistics or a related field.
· 7+ years of commercial experience within freight forwarding or international logistics.
· proven track record in business development (hunter profile).
· experience managing key accounts.
· 5 + experience leading commercial teams.
· strong knowledge of ocean freight and multimodal logistics solutions.
· advanced english (mandatory).
· advanced microsoft excel (mandatory).
· power bi (preferred).
· knowledge of the mining & metals industry will be considered a strong advantage.

- competitive gross monthly salary: mxn $85,000 – $95,000, depending on experience.
