What you'll do Supervise the daily operations of your team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Develop staff schedules and allocate work assignments, coordinating closely with stakeholders from the US and Canada.
Step in to cover for team members as needed, which may involve dedicating up to 30% of your time to hands-on production tasks.
Monitor your team's performance to ensure that daily targets are met, tracking both individual contributions and overall team success.
Design, implement, and uphold effective operational procedures to streamline processes.
Actively propose and share innovative ideas aimed at enhancing process efficiency and boosting customer satisfaction.
Generate and distribute performance reports for both customer-facing and internal purposes, providing valuable insights into operations.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, including roles in transportation management, brokerage, warehousing, or supply chain, with a demonstrated increase in responsibility over time.
