You will modernize build systems, improve CI/CD feedback loops, and drive safe adoption of AI-assisted coding to accelerate delivery—apply to help raise productivity across the organization.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze end-to-end front-end workflows from local setup to production releaseIdentify bottlenecks in build, test, and deploy cycles and implement measurable fixesDesign and maintain shared tooling, templates, and boilerplate configurations for front-end teamsStandardize linting, formatting, and dependency management to reduce friction and reworkModernize build and bundling approaches to improve performance and reduce bundle sizeCollaborate with DevOps to optimize CI/CD pipelines and speed up feedback loopsPilot and roll out AI-assisted coding tools and AI agent workflows for engineersDefine safe usage guidelines and best practices for Generative AI in developmentCreate documentation and internal enablement materials for new tooling and processesTrain and support front-end engineers to maximize productivity with upgraded workflowsMonitor productivity signals and iterate on improvements based on data and feedbackRequirements7+ years of experience with JavaScript and TypeScript in modern front-end stacks5+ years of experience building or maintaining ReactJS and Next.js applications5+ years of experience designing developer tooling, templates,
