IAC Group is seeking an Engineering Assistant to plan, design, and drive continuous improvement of manufacturing processes in the plant. You will analyze equipment layout, workflow, and workforce utilization to maximize efficiency.
You will lead root-cause analysis of defects, implement corrective actions, and coordinate changes with Launch Engineers or Product Engineers. Additionally, you will manage PFMEA, participate in KPI tracking (OEE, scrap reduction), and maintain up-to-date process
