Lead monthly financial closing and reporting activities. Analyze manufacturing costs, variances, productivity initiatives, and working capital performance. Support budget, forecasting, and strategic planning processes. Manage inventory controls, reconciliations, and financial compliance. Oversee fixed assets and capital expenditure processes. Provide costing support for new product introductions and transfer pricing activities. Monitor savings initiatives and continuous improvement programs. Ensure compliance with internal controls, audits, and financial policies. Lead and develop a finance team within the manufacturing environment.



Perfil buscado A successful Controller should have: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 8+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience. Previous experience in a manufacturing or plant environment. Strong financial analysis and business partnering skills. Experience leading teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders. Advanced Excel skills. Fluent English communication skills. Professional accounting qualification is a plus. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
