What You Will Do:

- Applies specialized knowledge and skills in maintenance engineering.
- Responsible for implementing inspection and maintenance processes to ensure optimal performance condition of sophisticated machinery and processing equipment.
- Involves introduction and application of new developments and repair techniques in maintenance engineering.
- Repair, adjust, and maintain production equipment, machinery, or instruments to ensure that it functions reliably and complies with process specifications.
- Respond to emergencies, break‑downs, malfunctions, and other operating problems to minimize disruptions to manufacturing processes.
- Implement an established maintenance program and maintain detailed maintenance records so that recurring problems with machinery, equipment, or parts can be identified and addressed.
- Set, calibrate, or adjust equipment, machinery, and instruments so that it complies with production specifications or instructions.
- Maintain tools and repair equipment in good working order.

Qualifications You Must Have:





- A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience.
- 3 years of equipment maintenance experience in the electronics maquiladora industry.
- Advanced English proficiency required.
- Experience in preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of CNC machinery, automated equipment, and/or production systems.
- Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing equipment (e.g., CNC machines, selective soldering machines, washers, and conformal coating machines).
- Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Knowledge of control systems (PLC, Siemens, Allen‑Bradley, or similar).
- Experience in troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Qualifications We Prefer:

- Experience in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and PM (Preventive Maintenance).
- Industrial maintenance or automation certifications preferred.
- Experience with maintenance management systems.
