Qualifications and Experience

- 7+ years of experience in Software Testing, QA, or Quality Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience leading teams as an SDET Lead, QA Lead, or similar role.
- Experience with test automation using Java, Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Experience with API testing using Postman or REST Assured.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Git version control.
- Experience testing event-driven middleware systems — MQ (IBM MQ, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, or Kafka).
- Balanced expertise in Java and REST Assured (equally important for this team).
- Onshore-offshore coordination and stakeholder interaction.
- Automation strategy and project ownership.
- Experience with JMeter, Gatling, or performance testing tools.
- Availability to travel to the USA on occasion.
- Special Conditions: Long-term assignment.
