Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Lead all Human Resources functions, including Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, and HR Administration.
- Manage labor relations and serve as the primary liaison with the labor union
- Develop and execute intern and corporate initiatives to performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Ensure full compliance with the Mexican Federal Labor Law and all applicable employment regulations.
- Coordinate payroll processes and salary administration.
- Maintain and update HR policies, job descriptions, and internal procedures.
- Lead HR compliance during customer, corporate, and regulatory audits and customer-specific requirements.
- Support Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) initiatives and promote compliance with Environmental Management System requirements.
- Prepare and present HR metrics and monthly management reports to senior leadership.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- At least 5 years in a Human Resources Manager position within a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- High ethical standards and integrity.
- Results-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of the Mexican Federal Labor Law.
- Experience working with labor unions and collective bargaining processes.
Language Requirements
- Advanced English (required) – capable of communicating effectively with international management.
