What you’ll do Develop and oversee a portfolio of AAA and AA accounts.
Create and execute strategies for retention, cross‑selling, and up‑selling to increase revenue per client.
Monitor account health to proactively mitigate churn.
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments including product, operations, tech, and growth.
Identify market trends and value-added partnerships to expand product penetration.
Manage high‑pressure situations and complex escalations.
Build and maintain relationships with C‑level stakeholders.
Conduct business reviews and present data‑driven narratives to clients.
Requirements 5 to 7 years of experience in Key Account Management or B2B/B2B2C consultative sales.
4 years of experience in e-commerce services such as payment gateways, online store platforms, or risk control.
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics,



Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related fields.
Proven track record of negotiating with C‑level executives and managing high‑revenue quotas.
Expertise in acquisition models including discount rates, POS, revenue share, and interest‑free installments.
Ability to analyze transactional dashboards and identify consumption trends.
Experience coordinating basic technical integrations.
Skills & tools CRM: Advanced proficiency in platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
Data Analysis: Intermediate to advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and database management, plus familiarity with BI tools.
Presentations: Proficiency in PowerPoint or Google Slides.
Communication: Strong storytelling abilities and executive‑level presentation skills.
