Position Qualifications 5+years of experiencein an architecture design firm
3+ years of experience in K‑12 specific experience
Architectural License is required
Demonstrate passion for design thinking
Commitment to a community-driven process including unique engagement with stakeholders, teachers, students, and community members, and design for diversity, equity and inclusion
Outstanding graphic presentation and verbal presentation skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills




Demonstrate expertise exploring and integrating sustainable design strategies
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management and mentoring skills
Demonstrated knowledge of 3D modeling and documentation tools including Revit, Sketchup, and Adobe Suite
General knowledge of the total project process including team management, schedule, and budget
