Logistics Support Specialist II at Uber Freight.
About the role This position manages the end-to-end lifecycle of freight shipments within the North American market. You will handle daily operational tasks, maintain data accuracy in internal systems, and serve as a primary point of contact for customers and carriers.

What you'll do Oversee daily booking, dispatch, tracking, and delivery verification for import and export freight.
Input and maintain shipment data within Uber Freight systems to ensure real-time accuracy.
Coordinate warehouse scheduling, customs documentation, and cross-border transfers.
Communicate shipment status updates and service issues to customers.
Provide proactive reporting regarding capacity, rates, and documentation.
Mentor and train new team members or interns on operational processes.
Analyze weekly performance metrics,



such as High/Low Net Revenue, and report on operational outcomes.
Requirements 1 to 2 years of professional experience in logistics coordination, 4PL operations, or freight forwarding.
Advanced proficiency in English, as the role interacts directly with North American operations.
Ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive tasks with strong attention to detail.
Experience following structured documentation and operational procedures.
Nice to have Prior experience with Intermodal shipping.
