Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, statutory requirements, and corporate policies.

Partner with operations and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

Drive cost optimization, inventory performance, and profitability improvement initiatives.

Coordinate internal and external audit activities and ensure timely resolution of findings.

Monitor cash flow, financial risks, and working capital performance.

Lead and develop the finance team, driving accountability.

A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Finance Controller,



Plant Controller, Finance Manager, or Senior Finance Manager within a manufacturing environment.

Strong expertise in plant finance, cost accounting, inventory management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Solid knowledge of US GAAP and Mexican GAAP reporting standards.

Experience partnering with manufacturing operations to drive business performance and profitability initiatives.

Advanced English communication skills with experience supporting multinational stakeholders.

Proven ability to lead and develop finance and accounting teams.

Hands-on professional with strong analytical, communication, influence, and problem-solving skills

Must currently reside in Ciudad Juárez , Chihuahua, or be willing to relocate.
