Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring timely follow-up on purchase orders, shipments, and invoicing while meeting service level commitments. Collaborate with Planning, Production, Logistics, and Sales teams to ensure product availability and demand fulfillment.

Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
- Process orders, returns, refunds, and account updates as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Follow company policies and procedures while maintaining high service standards.
- Meet individual and team performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction,



and quality standards

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Supply Chain Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, or Customer Service roles within a manufacturing environment.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis).
- Advanced English (business and conversational proficiency).
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent), capacity planning, and production constraint management.

Preferred Qualifications

- Customer portals management.
- Shipping and billing experience.
