Responsibilities

- Develop and recommend offline (Excel) or system reports to enhance profitability information.
- Build and analyze profitability data for product, customer, region, channel, and other relevant dimensions.
- Provide monthly and quarterly reporting on company profitability by product, customer, region, and channel, and analyze variances against Plan, Forecast, and Prior Year.
- Monitor and analyze cost and expense paths throughout the company and assess their impact on product, customer, region, channel, and other segments.
- Elaborate financial profitability reports for local and corporate management.
- Calculate and track KPIs related to financial profitability.
- Participate in process improvement teams and complete all special projects as required.
- Evaluate investment projects using IRR, ROI, NPV, and build related financial models.




- Assist with monthly close processes.

Qualifications

- Knowledge of general accounting, financial planning, and cost structure.
- Highly analytical, detail‑oriented, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Experience with SAP, Analysis Office, and BPC reporting is desirable.

Education & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, Investment Banking, or a related field.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Bachelor of Business Administration.
