We are hiring an experienced IT Support Specialist II to support a distributed, primarily
Englishspeaking workforce, including remote and field users. This role is idóneo for
someone with strong experience in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, endpoint
management, and mobile device support, who thrives in a fastpaced, realworld IT
environment.
You will play a key role in enduser support, systems administration, and
troubleshooting across cloud, desktop, and mobile platforms.
35 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or Desktop Support Strong experience with Microsoft 365 Office 365 administration Experience with Active Directory Azure AD Entra ID Experience with endpoint management tools Intune or similar Experience supporting mobile devices and MDM platforms Experience troubleshooting Windows environments and remote desktop
