About the Position:

The Project Launch Manager is responsible for leading new product launches in an electronics manufacturing plant, ensuring projects move smoothly from planning to full production. This role coordinates engineering, production, quality, supply chain, and customer teams to meet launch timing, cost, quality,



and safety targets. The position requires strong project management, technical manufacturing knowledge, and bilingual communication skills. The main expectation is to deliver successful product launches on time, within budget, and according to customer and plant requirements.

Your Responsibilities will be:
- Lead new product introductions from RFQ/award through SOP and ramp-up.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, quality, production, supply chain, purchasing, finance, and customer teams.
- Manage launch timing, APQP/PPAP deliverables, risk assessments, capacity readiness, tooling, equipment, materials, and customer milestones.
- Track budget, open issues, engineering changes, and launch KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, IATF 16949, ESD, safety, and plant standards.
