Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist.



The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance requirements across various states and countries. This role involves ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with local and country tax laws, and providing exceptional service to our employees. As the leader of the Regional payroll team, you will be responsible for the processing payroll in the United States and Canada using ADP GlobalView and Celergo payroll software, Workday HRIS software, UKG Kronos time and attendance software, and other 3rd party inbound and outbound vendors.
Requirements:
- Accurately process payroll for employees across multiple countries.
- Ensure timely and accurate calculation of wages, deductions, and taxes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local and country specific tax laws and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with country, federal, state, and local payroll tax requirements.
