About the Role
As a SOC Analyst at Concord Servicing,



you will be responsible for protecting our information systems and data against unauthorized access, modification, or destruction. Moreover, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of our security posture, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and inspect alerts to determine those requiring additional analysis or escalation
- Triage issues, identify solutions, and escalate appropriately in a fast-paced environment
- Review reported and quarantined emails, performing message searches, releases, and remediation; analyze for threats such as phishing and malware and escalate as necessary
- Gather, report, and present metrics on security systems and incidents
- Participate in security incident investigations, with opportunity to lead lower-severity cases as capability develops, and prepare reports on intrusions as needed
