Role Responsibilities:
- Provide engineering support for field quality issues reported, offering effective solutions to improve product quality with a competitive cost in a timely manner.
- Provide factory support regarding product engineering and design fabricated in commercial manufacturing plants under our operative system Cx.
- Maintain the accuracy of engineering information, update and manage the master Bill of Materials (BOM), drawings, and engineering specifications.
- Lead and execute mid to high-complexity programs with minimal supervision/direction.
- Performed engineering test and qualification plan for product improvements.
- Secure and keep agency reports for Commercial products under UL and ETL.
- Actively participated in product design reviews alongside other project team members and key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain standard products that are world-class, safe and cost-competitive.
- Provide professional and technical assistance for troubleshooting product support and guidance.
- Participate in defining technical requirements as needed.




- Drives improvements base on end-user experience and performs corrective actions for field issues and product testing.
- Develop and test structures and/or materials and their related fabrication processes for use in engineering designs.
- Work with product management team to develop and introduce new product options as standard product.
- Develop computer models to simulate system and component performance.

Minimum Requirements:
- 3-5 years as a Product/Design engineer.
- 5 years working with product change implementation.
- 5 years as design engineer.
