Key Responsibilities

Project & Process Management
- Lead and manage digital projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, quality standards, and budgets are met.
- Establish, maintain, and enforce project management processes, workflows, and operational best practices.
- Proactively manage project plans, priorities, dependencies, risks, and resource allocation to ensure successful execution.
- Drive operational excellence by creating structure, visibility, and accountability across all project workstreams.

Cross-Functional Coordination




- Act as the central point of coordination between clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Organize and manage workflows across multiple disciplines, including Strategy, Creative, Media, Data, Technology, and Operations.
- Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on objectives, deliverables, timelines, responsibilities, and expectations.

Organization & Governance
- Lead project status meetings, planning sessions, and stakeholder reviews.
- Prepare meeting agendas, document key decisions, capture action items, and distribute meeting notes and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, timelines, trackers, and reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential bottlenecks or risks before they impact delivery.

Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients.
