Job Description:

The Global Hotel Program Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, sourcing, and ongoing management of HPE’s global hotel program within a large, complex organization.



This role develops and executes category strategies that optimize spend, enhance the traveler experience, and ensure compliance with corporate policies.

The manager oversees supplier selection, contract negotiation, and performance management across a diverse portfolio of hotel partners, leveraging data-driven insights, market intelligence, and strong supplier relationships to drive value.

As a subject matter expert, this role collaborates cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, travel management companies, and suppliers to deliver cost savings, improve program adoption, and mitigate risk. The role also leads RFP processes, manages supplier relationships (including quarterly business reviews), and continuously evolves the hotel program in alignment with business needs and industry trends.
