We are looking for the absolute best talent to join our team as our new Bars, Restaurants Convention Center Manager At UNICO 1877 Montego Bay PAM Hotels, we are seeking a visionary leader with strong expertise in luxury hospitality to join our preopening team.
You will lead the strategic and daily operations of all luxury restaurants, bars, beach pool outlets, and our stateoftheart Convention Events Center, balancing ultraluxury service with highvolume event logistics.
Location Montego Bay, Jamaica
Key Responsibilities
FB Operations Direct all restaurants, bars, and beach pool outlets under UNICOs luxury standards.
Convention Center Oversee complete logistics for conferences, weddings, and large banquets 1,000 guests.
Financial Control Manage department budgets and optimize Food, Beverage, and Labor costs.
Team Leadership Coach and develop outlet managers and service teams to drive high performance.
Profile Requirements
Experience 7 years in FB leadership,



including 35 years managing multioutlet operations and conventions in a 5star or luxury allinclusive resort.
Event Expertise Proven track record handling events with 1,000 attendees.
Technical Skills Mastery of POS Micros Simphony preferred, BEO management, and financial KPIs.
Language Fluent English indispensable.
