Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Google Ads Specialist to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid search campaigns across Google Ads. This role is idóneo for someone who thrives in a performance marketing environment, understands advanced PPC strategies, and has a proven track record of driving ROI through Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns.
You’ll work closely with marketing, creative, and analytics teams to build scalable advertising systems that increase conversions, reduce acquisition costs, and maximize campaign performance.





Key Responsibilities
- Develop, launch, and manage high-budget Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and Performance Max.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience targeting, and campaign structuring to improve ad performance.
- Monitor campaign KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and quality scores.
- Optimize bidding strategies, ad copy, landing pages, and audience segments for continuous improvement.
- Implement and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and other analytics tools.
- Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Perform A/B testing on ads, creatives, and landing pages to improve conversion performance.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives and messaging.
