About the role





We are seeking an AI & Automation Analyst to join our Product Operations team. This role will focus on analyzing digital operational processes and leveraging automation and AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across the organization. The idóneo candidate is analytical, technically curious, and comfortable translating business needs into automated workflows and intelligent solutions. You will own solutions in production end-to-end, from design and implementation to monitoring, iteration, and adoption.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing operational workflows to identify inefficiencies, manual effort, and automation opportunities
