Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Electronics, Industrial Maintenance Engineering, or a related field.
- Responsible for applying engineering principles to optimize equipment, procedures, and departmental budgets, ensuring improved equipment maintainability, reliability, and availability.




- Lead the development, implementation, and execution of complex, sustainable, and robust projects to achieve cost, quality, and performance targets.

Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, and electronic environments. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Strong knowledge of safety standards, 6S, and ISO systems.
- Proficiency in computer skills and engineering software such as Microsoft Office, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and similar tools.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to plan tasks, track progress, and drive continuous improvement.
- Experience training and developing team members.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams.
