This position is responsible to lead the development, implementation, and optimization of advanced manufacturing processes, ensuring successful new product launches, operational efficiency, and adoption of innovative technologies, contributing to quality, cost, productivity, and business growth objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME) Management
- Lead and develop the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering team
- Ensure achievement of technical, business, and performance objectives
- New Product Introduction
- Coordinate product introduction from concept through production




- Ensure line readiness (capacity, quality, training, etc.)
- Process Development & Validation
- Design, develop, and validate manufacturing processes
- Ensure process robustness prior to launch
- Automation & Technology
- Implement automation solutions and new technologies
- Evaluate and integrate advanced manufacturing equipment and systems
- CAPEX Project Management
- Plan and execute capital investment projects
- Coordinate equipment purchasing and supplier relationships
- Technical Documentation
- Ensure complete and updated documentation (DFM, Flow Diagrams, PFMEA, Work Instructions, Process Validations, etc.)
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, NPI, OPM, Procurement, and others
- Continuous Improvement & Results
- Drive process efficiency improvements, scrap reduction, productivity, and cost savings
