Description
- Support the daily operations of certification programs and related processes
- Coordinate certification projects, including applications, scope updates, and audit preparation
- Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues
- Prepare reports, documentation, and process-related materials
- Help drive process improvements and enhance service quality
- Assist with audits and compliance activities
- Provide guidance on certification procedures and requirements
- Support operational goals and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications
- Advanced English (required)
- 3+ years of experience in operations, compliance, certification, or similar roles
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, International Relations, or a related field
- Experience working with regulatory, certification, or quality processes is a plus
