- responsibilities:
- it pm for qa & release teams - run governance rituals: schedule and facilitate cross-stream meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes and actions, and drive follow-ups to closure. - track and follow up cross-stream qa support requests across business and it streams; monitor status and drive timely resolution. - track dependencies across streams (dev, qa, config, environment, ops, production support) and escalate blockers proactively. - maintain and continuously improve process documentation (release processes, binary patch workflow, qa support intake) on confluence/sharepoint. - produce consolidated status reporting and dashboards for senior management, including risk and issue tracking. - support the release & qa management lead with workload coordination and ad-hoc pmo activities.
