this role is designed for a transformational leader with proven success managing complex multi-site operations, large labor organizations, and world-class manufacturing performance.

• +8,000 employees

• 4 manufacturing locations

• automotive cut & sew / trim operations

• full operational accountability for safety, quality, delivery & cost

• strategic leadership of plant management teams

• operational excellence and continuous improvement culture

• executive interaction with regional and integral leadership

the ideal candidate will bring:

• extensive experience in automotive sewing manufacturing (mandatory)

• strong multi-site leadership background

• proven ability leading large manufacturing organizations

• experience driving kpi performance in high-volume operations

• advanced leadership, business acumen, and change management capability

• availability and flexibility for relocation
