we are looking for an it support engineer to provide end-user support, manage microsoft 365 services, and ensure the proper operation of the organization's technology infrastructure.
requirements
✅ bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, systems engineering, or a related field.
✅ 3-5 years of experience in corporate it support.
✅ hands-on experience with microsoft 365, intune, and entra id.
✅ experience supporting hardware, software, computers, and mobile devices.
✅ advanced english proficiency.
✅ manufacturing environment experience is a plus.
technical skills
windows 10/11
☁️ microsoft 365, teams, sharepoint, onedrive, and intune
basic networking and vpn support
️ zebra printers and peripherals
ticketing systems (servicenow, jira, or similar)
