i’m helping in time transport corp find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of head of talent acquisition — u.s. Trucking & international remote teams .

you will scale a growing logistics operation by building high-impact general recruitment systems.

compensation:

usd 2.8k - 3.3k/month

+ bonuses (up to 20% of base compensation)

location:

remote (anywhere)

what makes you a strong candidate:

- you are proficient in trucking, team leadership, talent acquisition, sourcing, recruitment management.
- you are a novice in standard operating procedures (sop), linkedin recruiter, key performance indicators (kpis), ai-generated media tools.
- english - fully fluent.

responsibilities and more:

head of talent acquisition — u.s. Otr trucking & international remote teams.

mandatory requirements:

- at least 3 years of recent recruiting experience directly supporting u.s. Class 8 otr trucking companies.

- at least 2 years hiring international remote back-office employees for u.s. trucking companies.

- recent experience recruiting across multiple departments, including dispatch, safety and compliance, fleet and maintenance, operations, accounting, driver recruiting, hr, it and automation, and department managers.

- experience hiring both individual contributors and management-level employees.

- experience owning or building a recruiting department, processes, sops, scorecards, pipelines, and kpis.





- experience managing recruiters and making independent hiring decisions.

- strong proactive sourcing skills using linkedin recruiter, boolean search, job boards, referrals, professional groups, ats systems, and ai tools.

- must be ready to take ownership after one day of company-specific orientation.

- no basic trucking or recruiting training will be provided.

- must work full-time and exclusively monday–friday, 6:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Chicago central time.

main responsibilities:

- take immediate ownership of all company recruiting.

- recruit international remote employees and u.s.-based employees across all company departments.

- build sourcing strategies for every open position.

- proactively source, screen, interview, verify, and present qualified candidates.

- create and maintain recruiting sops, interview scorecards, pipelines, and candidate-verification standards.

- manage recruiters, assign vacancies, monitor performance, and improve recruiting results.

- track time-to-fill, candidate quality, retention, sourcing performance, and other recruiting kpis.

- hire department managers and help build the company’s management team.

- maintain an organized recruiting system and provide weekly reports directly to the owner.

- continuously improve hiring quality, speed, and retention.
