are you passionate about the automotive aftermarket and experienced in managing product portfolios? We are looking for a product specialist to lead key product lines and drive market growth through product strategy, launches, and cross-functional collaboration.
what you'll do
- manage and grow product lines focused on suspension, brakes and shock absorbers.
- identify portfolio expansion opportunities through vehicle parc and market analysis.
- lead new product launches from concept to commercialization.
- develop pricing strategies and competitive market analysis.
- collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, purchasing, supply chain and catalog teams.
- manage product lifecycle, portfolio optimization and product coverage.
required qualifications
- bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a product specialist, product manager or brand specialist within the automotive aftermarket.
- hands-on experience managing suspension, brakes and/or shock absorber product lines.
- advanced english (required) . Comfortable communicating with general teams and suppliers.
- advanced excel; power bi is a plus.
- strong analytical and project management skills.
