we require a consultant specialized in the epicor iscala erp system, with proven experience in implementation, upgrade, migration, and functional-technical support projects.

- provide functional and technical support for the epicor iscala erp across financials, purchasing, sales, inventory, and logistics modules.
- configure, parameterize, and maintain processes within iscala, including business workflows, catalogs, and data structures.
- implement integrations between iscala and other legacy systems (service connect or other integration tools).
- support functional testing, uat, and process documentation, training key users as needed.
- collaborate with accounting, accounts receivable, fp&a;, logistics, and customer service teams in mexico to resolve system issues.
- minimum 5 years of experience working with epicor iscala (versions 2.0 to 5.0 / 2023.1), in functional and/or technical roles.
