we are seeking motivated and passionate technical analyst trainees who are looking to build a career in technology within the banking and financial services domain. This opportunity is idóneo for recent graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience who have a solid technical foundation, basic programming knowledge, and a strong desire to learn enterprise systems and financial technologies.

selected candidates will participate in an intensive training program covering business analysis fundamentals, banking and payment systems, and technical concepts including c++, linux, and oracle database before transitioning into project opportunities.

key responsibilities

- participate in a structured technical analyst training program.
- learn technical concepts related to banking, payment processing, and financial systems.
- develop knowledge of business analysis fundamentals and functional business processes.
- gain hands-on exposure to c++, linux, oracle database, and enterprise application concepts.
- assist in analyzing technical requirements and supporting system design discussions.
- collaborate with trainers, mentors, and team members throughout the learning program.
- support troubleshooting, documentation, and technical analysis activities.
- demonstrate strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to continuously learn new technologies.

required qualifications

- bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering,



computer engineering, or a related technical field.
- 0–2 years of professional experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- basic programming knowledge and understanding of software development fundamentals.
- familiarity with programming concepts such as data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- willingness to attend onsite training in guadalajara.
