Key Responsibilities:
- Processes MDM requests, incidents, data set-ups in Syndigo and Oracle eBS for golden and non-golden attributes and bank verifications for Vendor Golden Records.​




- Triages and ensures timely processing of MDM requests and incidents​.
- Set-up and update Vendor master records in Syndigo and Oracle eBS, based on the information received from the Intake Form.
- Corrects defects and data quality issues.
- Validate that vendor specifications are complete and uploaded into all relevant systems.
- Persistent monitoring of exceptions from and adherence to Data Quality policies and governance standards and standard work processes. ​
- Maintain integration processes to support on-going data quality.
- Writes reports, documentation and operating manuals, adhering to business needs and IT standards.
- Identify and recommend process improvements.
- Perform data cleansing and validation.

Basic Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science or relevant experience of minimum 1-2 years in a procurement or business support role
