About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our client's growing team and support their preconstruction and bidding efforts.



This role is idóneo for someone with dedicated estimating experience who can independently prepare accurate takeoffs, cost estimates, and competitive proposals for a variety of construction projects.

You will work directly within the client's established systems and workflows, supporting the estimating pipeline and ensuring high-quality, timely bid submissions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for construction projects.
- Develop competitive bids and client proposals.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to determine project scope and pricing requirements.
- Analyze labor, material, subcontractor, and equipment costs.
- Identify potential risks, exclusions, and scope gaps during the estimating process.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency across all estimates and bid
